Villa S: Architecture of the highest standard in a picturesque village

A project that combines architectural perfection with the timeless beauty of one of Italy’s most picturesque villages: Tremosine sul Garda in the province of Brescia. Nestled within a spectacular landscape, this villa offers the ideal setting for relaxation and family life.

The villa, which comprises two separate residential units, was designed as a cosy home characterised by spacious, well-thought-out interiors. The building was constructed by LignoAlp using timber-frame construction. The design of the façades skilfully blends tradition and modernity, with cladding made of local stone alternating with plastered sections, allowing it to blend perfectly into the landscape around Lake Garda.

The decision to opt for timber construction was driven by the desire to use a renewable and sustainable material that also guarantees durability and stability over the long term.

The client chose LignoAlp thanks to word of mouth and their search for a partner capable of offering a ‘turnkey’ service: LignoAlp guaranteed centralised coordination and a single point of contact for every stage of construction, taking care of every aspect of the project. This approach ensured smooth processes, effective oversight and the highest possible quality of the finished project.

The result is a house built from renewable raw materials, striking a perfect balance between aesthetics, living comfort and environmental responsibility.
