Today, the South Tyrolean company is the market leader in the field of natural insulation systems in Italy. Naturalia-Bau relied on the expertise of LignoAlp for the construction of its new headquarters.
Environmental protection and energy efficiency are important keywords for Naturalia-Bau. These guiding principles were implemented accordingly at the company headquarters. High-quality execution planning of the timber construction, technical know-how in the implementation as well as the exclusive use of high-quality natural building materials were the ingredients for the first zero-emission commercial building in Italy. Moreover, the building was designed in such a way that it can be extended by one storey at any time.
The company headquarters of Naturalia-Bau received the KlimaHaus Gold + status and the prize for the best KlimaHaus in 2009.
