Passive house made of wood in Treviso

Comfortable warmth without heating

Trend-setting: In Treviso, a modern detached house in timber construction was realised, in which the highest attention was paid to thermal insulation and living comfort.

Heat loss can be reduced to a minimum thanks to the accurate thermal insulation with wood fibre, which is attached to the cross-laminated timber walls. This means that no conventional building heating is required. The passive house status, which guarantees maximum energy efficiency, can therefore be obtained. The use of natural materials, to which great importance was attached during construction, can be seen, for example, in some of the walls inside the house, which were plastered with clay. Sustainability and modern design make the house a trend-setting building.
