Hybrid Skyscraper: We’ve Reached the Top!

A major milestone has been reached in the Fürstenried West district of Munich: the installation of the hybrid skyscraper “Haus Rotondo” by Markgraf Bauunternehmung has been completed. LignoAlp’s assembly team installed 236 façade elements, covering a total surface area of 5,295 m².

The project is part of the new FÜRstenried West district, developed by international real estate company Hines. It serves as a prime example of modern urban development focused on sustainability, quality of life, and affordable housing.

LignoAlp was responsible for the technical design, prefabrication, and installation of the timber façade elements — yet another testament to the company’s efficiency and innovative strength in the construction of multi-storey timber buildings.

The assembly team proudly celebrated the project’s completion at height — with a breathtaking view.
